Building something is complex enough without having to run the project yourself.

MRN Sheds project management service is a complete turnkey engagement not a co-ordination role where you’re still chasing progress and managing sub-contractors from a distance. When MRN takes on a project in a PM capacity, we own the full scope: permits, engineering, all trades, programme, reporting, and handover.

This is the right model for clients who have a project to deliver but not the time, experience, or appetite to manage a construction programme themselves. We do the building. You run your business.

From day one

Permits & Approvals

Every project MRN manages goes through the correct approval pathway Development Approval where required, building permits across NSW and VIC, and any specialist approvals relevant to the site. We manage the full process in-house and keep you updated at every stage.

Certified & managed

Design & Engineering

MRN co-ordinates all design and structural engineering for every project we manage engaging certified engineers, managing the design review process, and ensuring structural documentation is in place before materials are ordered. Design decisions are made with buildability in mind, not just compliance.

  • Structural engineering — engaged, managed, and certified by MRN
  • Civil engineering — site, drainage, and hardstand design co-ordination
  • Design co-ordination — architectural plans, fire engineering, stormwater designs
  • Specification review — ensuring what’s specified is what can be practically delivered
In-house + trusted external

Trade Co-ordination

MRN’s in-house trades structural steel, rigging, carpentry, plumbing, and boilermaking are on site for every project we manage. For specialist scopes beyond our core five, we engage trusted external trades from our network and manage them to the same standard. You deal with MRN. We deal with the trades

OHS & Site Safety

Safety is managed as an active site function on every MRN project not as a compliance box to check before construction starts. Site-specific safety plans, safe work method statements, trade inductions, and ongoing safety oversight are all managed by MRN throughout the construction period.

The job isn’t done until it’s done right

Inspections & Handover

MRN manages all required inspections throughout the construction programme and at practical completion co-ordinating the certifying engineer, council, and any specialist inspectors. We walk through the completed structure with you at handover and don’t consider the project closed until every item on the defects list is resolved.

  • Structural inspections — during construction and at practical completion
  • Certificate of Occupancy — facilitated by MRN at project close-out
  • Practical completion walkthrough — with client, identifying any outstanding items
  • Defects resolution — all defects rectified before handover is considered complete

No MRN’s project management is a turnkey offering. We manage the full build: permits, engineering, trades, and handover. We don’t offer standalone project co-ordination, advisory, or consulting services. If you need someone to manage a project where you’re supplying the trades, MRN isn’t the right fit.
